Exhibition Opening February 1st 6-9 PM: «Faces of Silence» Inner Peace, Artistic Resilience, and the Power of Quiet in Times of Turmoil. The Chicago Grand Gallery is proud to present «Faces of Silence,» a compelling group exhibition featuring four renowned contemporary Ukrainian artists. This exhibition explores the transformative power of inner silence, reflecting on the resilience of artists amidst the turmoil of war and their unwavering pursuit of peace. Join us for the opening reception on February 1, 2025, as we celebrate the works of artists Boris Danilov, Phil Lee, Anna Valieva, and Wodeman. Their creations provide a profound exploration of silence as a source of inner peace, strength, and creativity, even in the most challenging times. A special highlight of this exhibition is that half of the works will be directly delivered from Kyiv, Ukraine, symbolizing the perseverance and spirit of Ukrainian artists amidst ongoing conflict. The exhibition is curated by Tamara Lee, a prominent Ukrainian and international art curator, aiming to create a reflective space where visitors can experience the healing power of art and the transformative nature of inner quiet. Supporting Mental Health Through Art: A portion of the proceeds from this exhibition will benefit «Heal Ukraine Trauma (HUT),» a mental health initiative supporting Ukrainian adults and children affected by the psychological scars of war.
